General terms and conditions

All payments for classes are accepted by Power Flow Yoga on behalf of the teacher conducting the class.

Power Flow Yoga will not tolerate disruption in a class or workshop, which is considered to interfere with other students experience. Such interference could result in the offender/s being removed from a class or workshop without a refund.

Power Flow Yoga will not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination on the basis of gender, race, creed, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, age, military or veteran’s status, marital or familial status, disability or handicap.

Live online yoga class T&C’s

Live online booking

It is important to book a live online yoga class at least one hour before a class is due to start. If a class receives no bookings it could cancel. 

Please make sure you test your zoom link at least 30 minutes before a class is due to start. After this time it’s likely the teacher will not see your communication to offer help.

Live online cancellation

If a live online class is cancelled by us, and you have booked. We will either offer a full refund or hold your drop-in credit for you to use for another class time convenient to you. Drop-in bookings are non-refundable but are transferrable to friends.

Up to 1 hour – If you cancel a live online class up to one hour before a class is due to start. Your booking is transferrable to any other live online class within 28 days of the initial booking. If a class is not booked with 28 days the drop-in fee will be forfeited.

Less than 1 hour – If you cancel a live online class less than one hour before a class is due to start the drop-in fee will be forfeited.

No show – If you do not turn up to class the drop-in fee will be forfeited.

Live online 4 class pass

All class passes are cheaper to encourage a regular practice and have an expiration date of 28 days. It is your responsibility to book classes within the validity of the class pass. Any class pass credits not used are lost once the class pass expires. Class passes are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Live online subscriptions

All live online yoga subscriptions are significantly cheaper and include all seasonal breaks. This covers your holidays, our teachers holidays, teacher time away while hosting retreats (approximately two weeks per year), and public holidays such as Christmas. Your membership remains simple, consistent, and uninterrupted, with no penalties or price adjustments during these periods.

In-person class T&C’s

All reservations made for classes will be held until 5 mins before the designated class start time. After this time, spaces will be released to the waiting list.

In-person cancellation

Up to 4 hours – If you cancel an in-person class up to four hours before a class is due to start. Your booking is transferrable to any other in-person class within 28 days of the initial booking. If a class is not booked with 28 days the drop-in fee will be forfeited.

Less than 4 hours – If you cancel an in-person class less than four hours before a class is due to start the drop-in fee will be forfeited.

No show – If you do not turn up to class the drop-in fee will be forfeited.

Private 1-2-1 class T&C’s

If a private 1-2-1 class is cancelled by us you will be offered another opportunity to book regardless of any time restrictions your deal may include.

Private 1-2-1 cancellation

Up to 24 hours – If you cancel a private 1-2-1 class up to 24 hours before a class is due to start. You can re-book another session at a time that is mutually convenient to you and the teacher, or hold credit to spend on any other services Power Flow Yoga provides.

Less than 24 hours – If you cancel a private 1-2-1 class less than 24 hours before a class is due to start the 1-2-1 fee will be forfeited.

No show – If you do not turn up to class the 1-2-1 fee will be forfeited.

Third party group classes and ongoing teaching contracts

This section applies to classes where Power Flow Yoga is contracted to provide a teacher for a third party organisation, including but not limited to care homes, community groups, corporate wellbeing programmes, charities, schools and other organisations.

Notice period

Where Power Flow Yoga has been engaged to provide regular ongoing classes, either party may terminate the arrangement by providing a minimum of three months written notice.

The three month notice period allows sufficient time for participants, residents, staff and management to adjust to any changes and for suitable alternative arrangements to be made.

Cancellation by the client

If the client wishes to permanently cancel an ongoing class or teaching contract, a minimum of three months written notice must be provided. All scheduled classes during the notice period will remain payable in accordance with the agreed fee structure.

Cancellation of individual sessions

If an individual class needs to be cancelled by the client, at least 24 hours notice should be provided wherever possible. Subject to teacher availability, Power Flow Yoga will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.

Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

Cancellation by Power Flow Yoga

If Power Flow Yoga is unable to provide the scheduled teacher, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitably qualified replacement teacher. Where this is not possible, an alternative date will be offered or the client will receive a credit or refund for the affected session.

Exceptional circumstances

Both parties acknowledge that exceptional circumstances may arise. Any variation to the above terms will be considered at the discretion of Power Flow Yoga and the client, acting reasonably and in good faith.

Workshop/Course/Event T&C’s 

Workshop/Course/Event cancellation

Up to 28 days – If you cancel a workshop, course or event more than 28 days before the start date we will provide a full refund, less a 10% admin fee.

Less than 28 days – If you cancel a workshop, course or event less than 28 days before the start date no refund will be given unless your place can be filled from a waiting list. Your booking is transferrable to a friend. If your place is filled we will provide a full refund, less a 20% admin fee.

No show – If you do not turn up to a workshop, course or event no refund will be given.
