  • I have a subscription but can’t access on-demand classes

    Please check the videos you would like to view are include in your plan.

    All-Inclusive and Unlimited plans should be able to view the whole on-demand library. Limited plans will only be able to view the plan they are subscribed to.

    Please contact us if this does not fix your issue.

  • Where can I practise private 1-2-1 yoga classes?

    You can practise private 1-2-1 yoga classes where you feel most comfortable.

    In Person
    If you are in London, Paul can come to you or if you prefer you can meet with Paul at his house. Alternatively you can meet in a park. At additional cost Paul can hire a studio for you to practise in.

    Online
    Paul offers online private yoga sessions which work very well over zoom.

  • How do I join a live online yoga class?

    To join a live online yoga class, go to "Live Online/Schedule".

    Find the class you would like to join and click "Book". Once you have paid for the class you will receive a zoom meeting link.

  • On-demand video playback issues

    Video playback issues

    The first step is to make sure you are using our suggested browser Google Chrome. Please use Chrome for seamless video interaction. If you do not have Chrome click here to download and instal: www.google.com/chrome

    If you still experience playback issues please take the below steps:

    1. First check your internet speed or go closer to the router.

    2. Make sure the playback quality is set to auto, or a lower resolution.

     

    Video stops playing

    If the video stops playing with a spinning wheel and will not progress:

    1. Take note of the time the class stopped (e.g. 22:05).

    2. Exit the class and refresh the web page.

    3. Go back to the class and play from the point it stopped.

    4. If you still have problems try using a different browser, Chrome is recommended.

  • How do I book a retreat?

    If we do not know you yet

    We would like to get to know you so we can form like-minded groups. To do this please fill out the contact form above and let us know as much about you as you can. Feel free to share social media or get on a chat with us.

    If we already know you

    Simply check with us that the room you are interested in is still available. To secure your room a non refundable 33% deposit is required. We will send a link to our secure payment portal or feel free to make a bank transfer.

  • Are flights included?

    Flights are not included

    Our pre-paid taxi will collect you and deliver you and your luggage to the villa, and back to the airport on the last day.

    See our "getting there" tab for suggested flights. Once your flights are booked, please let us know your flight numbers and arrival/departure times so we can organise your taxi.

  • Can I book a sharing room if I don’t have a friend to bring with me?

    Yes you can book a sharing room even if you come alone

    We can find you a like minded, same sex person to share with. Just let us know when you enquire.

  • Is this retreat suitable for beginners?

    Yes our yoga retreats are suitable for beginners

    There will be options for all-levels from beginners to advanced yogis. Paul is very experienced at keeping everybody safely challenged at their level.
