Embark on a deep meditative journey
Welcome to ASMR Meditation Nature, one of six unique ASMR meditations crafted to guide your subconscious toward healing and inner peace. Each session follows a similar framework but uses different stories and sensory landscapes to take you deeper into stillness and restoration. Simply allow the mediative ASMR sounds combined with ancient yogic techniques to transport you into profound tranquility.
Create your sacred space
For the most immersive experience, find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Wear headphones to fully receive the whispers and delicate sounds. You may sit upright in a chair or cross-legged/kneeling on a cushion or yoga block. Have a space nearby to lie down: on a yoga mat, a bed or a sofa. If lying down, avoid using a pillow to help keep the neck and spine aligned and free.
Let go into the practice
As with all Tantric Yoga practices, this is an invitation to let go. Shed the protective “jacket” we all wear—the layers of conditioning, fear, and self-consciousness—and allow yourself to soften. Let your thoughts dissolve, your judgments fade and your presence deepen. These meditations are designed to soothe the nervous system, encourage rest, reduce anxiety and stress.
What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a gentle, often blissful sensation. Sometimes felt as tingles along the spine, that promotes deep relaxation, restful sleep, and meditative states. Throughout the meditation, you’ll experience soft whispering and curated ASMR sounds to soothe and quiet the mind. Headphones are essential to receive the full spectrum of the experience.
Bhramari (Humming Bee Pranayama)
We begin by humming, activating the brain with vibration, awakening our cells and sensitising the mind. This practice also stimulates key meridian points creating a gateway to the subconscious. The sound doesn’t need to be loud, just enough to feel the subtle resonance in the head. If you’re new to Bhramari, please watch the accompanying “how to” video for guidance before you start.
Brain Kriya
A transformative practice designed to enhance neural communication and optimise brain function. Brain Kriya has been used therapeutically to support recovery from brain injuries, ADHD and cognitive imbalances, helping to rewire and build new neural pathways. If you’re unfamiliar with this Kriya, please refer to the “how to” video before beginning.
AMSR Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra translates literally as Yogic Sleep. It is a state of ‘being’ all of it’s own. Somewhere between deep sleep and Meditation. It may feel like sleep but the mind is fully awake but with no thoughts, in a place of peace in contact with your subconscious.
