Power Flow Yoga™ is a form of Vinyasa yoga based on asanas from Ashtanga yoga. The power comes from longer holds and breath movements to find extra strength. A meditative strength building practice to build stamina and fitness. You are likely to get hot and maybe a bit sweaty. Practise this class if you want to get fit & strong, lose weight or simply feel great about yourself. Once the body is tired, it will fully release giving you the opportunity for a deep mediative savasana.

A great yoga class to increase shoulder strength, flexibility and mobility. Many people develop a kyphosis (upper back bend) and rounded shoulders from spending time working on a laptop/mobile or driving. Correct posture and open the chest with this yoga class for shoulders.
